SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Right now, I am really interested in a lot of fields like epigenetics, cancer biology, immunology, and virology. I haven’t really narrowed it down but I am sure that it is in the biomedical sciences. In my opinion, the best thing about molecular biology is that we are able to understand the pathogenesis of diseases and thereby become one step closer to finding therapeutics. Through the MSc/PhD in Molecular Biology program, I plan to fully realize my strengths and interests to be able to help expand the understanding of certain diseases and in the long run to help society.
