Prof. Dr. Lakshmi Subramaniam talked on "Music Revival Major and Minor: the Politics of performance in south India" at the Center of Modern Humanities (ZTMK). Prof. Subramaniam was a DAAD visiting professor at CeMIS in the summer semester 2014. She is professor of history at the Centre for Studies in Social Sciences (CSSSC) in Calcutta.
