Advantages for experienced academic teachers

The experienced Teaching Team-participants can promote young academic teachers and have the opportunity to reflect and reinforce their teaching competencies – by cooperating with the young teachers as well as by exchanging views with other participating experienced teachers.
Subsequently, experienced teachers receive a Team Teaching-certificate attesting their commitment in the field of academic teaching.
