Prerequisites

1. All teams composed of a PhD-student who is member of the GGG and an experienced teacher can apply for the TeamTeaching-Program. If desired and comprehensible, it is also possible to apply as a team of two PhD-students and one experienced academic teacher.

2. Our definition of "experienced" refers to every person, who has actively worked in the field of academic teaching (self-planned and self-organzied) for at least 5 semesters as well as (in general) owns a PhD.

3. The joint lectureship is supposed to be held in the form of a seminar.

4. The joint seminar should be based on a scientific topic that is relevant for the PhD-project of the participating PhD-student. A brief statement about the topic (approx. 10 lines) on the part of the PhD-student will be appreciated.

Central aspects that need to be indicated in the online application form are: Name(s) of the Teaching Team-partner(s) as well as his/her/their contact details, information about the seminar topic and concept, confirmation about the teaching experience of the experienced teacher, statement regarding the topic selection from the PhD-student.

Closing date for applications for the participation during the summer term is January 15, for the participation during the winter term it is June 30.

Each semester, generally 10 Teaching Teams are selected by the board of the GGG and admitted to the program.
