Excursions for International Students
Every semester, Göttingen International organises trips within Germany to visit cities and sights of political, cultural and historical interest, in order to give non-German students the opportunity to learn about German history and culture. German students are also welcome to participate in these excursions. Nevertheless, for funding reasons, we can only offer 20% of the available spots to German students.
We are happy to be able to offer trips in person during the winter semester 2022/23 again. All offerings are free of charge for all students. Please find following an overview:
Trip to the Concentration Camp Memorial Buchenwald 12 November 2022 (fully booked)
In addition, we have put together an interesting selection of 'virtual excursions' for you: – from the Museum of Natural History to the “Unicorn Cave” in the Harz mountains and the Oceanographic Museum of Stralsund.
