The networking dinner is a core component of the symposium’s interactive concept. In the personal atmosphere of a restaurant, you can discuss ideas, concepts and plans with the speakers, other invited guests and participants. In this environment, you will be able to ask all questions you always wanted to ask but never had the chance to.

The dinner starts at 7:30 p.m. The number of participants is kept small to make sure that the event keeps its intimate character and gives you the opportunity to talk to the speakers you are interested in.

All Dinner places are distributed!

This is why we would like you to explain your motifs for participating in a motivation letter (not more than 150 words).
Your profile as well as your contact details together with a picture will be printed in a networking booklet. This will be handed over to each participant at the registration desk, which will enable productive and effective networking. Those booklets will be handed out only to participants of the networking dinner and will otherwise be kept private.

A career profile may include:

• Educational background
• Current field of work/occupational interests
• Personal situation
• Personal interests/ hobbies
• Future plans

The registration fee including the attendance of the networking dinner amounts to 30,00 € which should be transferred only after your application has been confirmed. Beverages are not covered and have to be paid individually.

Once your application has been confirmed, please send us your career profile in English and your picture to WoCaNet(at)gwdg.de with the reference "Networking Dinner" until as soon as possible. Once we have enough qualified applications we will close the registration for the networking dinner (the sooner you send it, the higher is the chance to participate!).

We will collect everyone still interested in a waiting list, in case of places becoming available on short notice.
