University self-administration creates a multitude of legally complex issues which are dealt with by Division 81.
This includes the elaboration, coordination and assistance with:
- University statutes
- Cooperation agreements
- organizational changes
- Charges and fees
Elections to university bodies are organized and conducted by Division 81.
For the Senate, Division 81 ensures preparation, implementation, including protocol and follow-up, as well as other assistance.
Division 81 also assumes the office function of the conciliation bodies in accordance with the NPersVG.
