Detection and surveillance of spatial and spatio-temporal clusters

Miryam Sarah Merk is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Quantitative Methods at the European University Viadrina. She conducts research in the field of spatial and spatio-temporal statistics with a focus on spatial econometric models. She joins the INF project to provide statistical consulting for the researchers of the CRC 990. This involves the organisation of courses, theoretical and practical support regarding the analysis of research data and the implementation of suitable statistical tools.
