Companies that would like to take part in the RecruitingDinner 2022 should fill out the registration form on our website by 10 June 2022. Your participation is only binding after your registration has been confirmed by the organizing team of the RecruitingDinner (Services and Conditions of Participation). You will probably receive confirmation of your registration by 15 June.

marketing materials

In order to present your company in advertising of the RecruitingDinner for students and interested persons, we need the listed materials by 30 June 2022.

• logo (eps, png, jpg)
• 1-3 company photos in landscape format(png, jpg)
• brief description of the company for the target group of young professionals (max. 1000 characters including spaces)
• job advertisement(s): We are aware that you may not be able to provide a current, real vacancy months in advance of the RecruitingDinner. In this case, we ask you for a "role description", i.e. the description of a fictitious job advertisement for a position that you regularly fill with young professionals. The more specific the advertisement, the more suitable applicants will apply.

selection of applicants

Students and interested persons can submit their application documents until 30 September 2022. The Career Service of the University of Göttingen supports them with an application workshop and other advisory services. The RecruitingDinner team will preselect the applications in regards to completeness and accuracy of fit.

In the early October we will send you the application documents of the candidates. You have one month to make your choice. At the beginning of November we will invite the selected young talents to the RecruitingDinner on behalf of the participating companies.

The RecruitingDinner

The RecrutingDinner will take place on 24 November in the conference and event room "Library" in the Hotel Freigeist in Goettingen. At the event there will be comfortable seating at round tables. Protection against infections is also taken care of: the fresh air system completely exchanges the room air 9 times an hour. Mobile ventilation units are also available. At the beginning of November we will ask all participants about their menu selection and the need for parking spaces.
