SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

So far, I am interested in a wide range of research topics including oncology, neuroscience, immunology, stem cells and regenerative medicine. I also feel quite fascinated by the field of proteomics and how a simple change in the protein 3D structure can dramatically affect its function leading to disease. Through this program, I wish to enrich my knowledge in different fields of biological science. My goal is to contribute to a better understanding of human diseases on the molecular level and consequently help develop new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
