Registration is possible until 10.10.2023, please register each participating person individually. Registration will be possible after this time if there is enough space.

During the event you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the wide varietey of food and beverages on offer in the ZHG. Please note, that the cafes and restaurants in the ZHG can only accept payment by credit card, EC card and smartphone.

Please note: Photos will be taken at the event and will be published afterwards on the website of the University of Göttingen.

Collection of the personal data is necessary in order to organise the Research in Europe Event on 12 October 2023
and is legally based on your informed consent pursuant to Art. 6 Section 1 Subsection 1 lit. a) GDPR.

• Regarding Art. 13 Section 1 lit. e):
The personal data will be processed and transmitted to the following recipients:

• Regarding Art. 13 Section 2 lit. a):
Your personal data is to be stored by Research and Transfer Services for 6 months. The data will be pseudonymised and anonymised the earliest possible.

• Regarding Art. 13 Section 2 lit. b):
You have a right to access to the personal data concerning you and, where appropriate, a right to rectification, a right to erasure or a right to restriction of processing of such data and a right to object the processing and possibly a right to data portability.

• Regarding Art. 13 Section 2 lit. c):
As far as the data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time. The data processing carried out up to then remains legal, the revocation is only valid for the future. In this case your data will be deleted immediately if not needed for compulsive purposes.
