SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

During my undergraduate degree I followed a minor programme in translational neuroscience, where I discovered my interest in neurodevelopmental disorders. I would like to further investigate the neural basis of diseases and research treatment approaches for them. Additionally, I am interested in neural plasticity during development. Due to my molecular life science background I want to explore cellular and molecular processes underlying plasticity in health and disease. Nevertheless, I am excited to learn more about different research fields and methodologies in neuroscience during the master programme.
