The basis for this is the Directive on the Prevention of and Protection against Discrimination (DiskSchutz-RL) of the University of Göttingen (excluding University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG)). The University should be a place characterised by a climate of acceptance, trust and respectful interaction. All members and affiliates should be able to study, teach, research and work here successfully, regardless of their background and life situation.
