SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Molecular Biology allows the information from different fields to fuse and interact during research. This broadens our vision of a better understanding of the molecular basis of life. I find different subfields of molecular biology fascinating, including structure-function relationship of biomolecules, signalling, and regulation of gene expression. Through this program, I hope to broaden and deepen my knowledge in molecular biology on the way to becoming a well-balanced scientist who contributes his knowledge to the improvement of the quality of life.
