Accommodation

A contingent of rooms has been reserved at several hotels and can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis using the booking code “MBN2025” until 30 June 2025. Please select your preferred hotel from the list below and make your reservation directly with the hotel.

We particularly recommend Hotel Beckmann for all Horizons participants. Rooms have been secured there for the entire week. The hotel features modern accommodations in its new building and is just a 10-minute walk from the conference venue (MPI-NAT). In addition, Horizons speakers will be staying at this hotel, making it a convenient choice for networking and informal exchange.
