Registration and deregistration deadlines
Examination and submission dates are documented in the digital course catalogue and in FlexNow. Regulations regarding the corresponding registration and deregistration deadlines can be found in the University's General Examination Regulations (§ 10b) and in some programme-specific examination and study regulations. The following regulations must be observed in the degree programmes, sub-degree programmes and other courses offered by the Faculty of Theology:
Written examinations
Registration must be completed at least 7 days before the examination date; deregistration is possible up to 24 hours before the written examination date.
Example:
• Written examination date: 24 July at 10:15 a.m.
• End of registration period: 17 July at 11:59 p.m.
• End of cancellation period: 23 July at 10:15 a.m.
Oral examinations
Registration must be completed at least 7 days before the examination date; cancellation is only possible within the registration period.
Example:
• Examination date: 24 July
• Registration and withdrawal deadline: 17 July at 11:59 p.m.
Term papers (seminar papers, internship reports, essays, portfolios, etc.)
Registration is generally possible until the latest possible submission date; withdrawal is only possible within the registration period.
Example:
• Latest possible submission date: 15 November
• End of registration and deregistration period: 15 November at 11:59 p.m.
Withdrawal after a term paper has already been submitted is not possible under any circumstances (i.e. even if the withdrawal period has not yet expired).
