  • 2013 and 2014 Contributed to an Autumn School on pre-modern global history and a Spring School on Mamluk studies, hosted by the Annemarie Schimmel Kolleg History and Society during the Mamluk Era (1250-1517), University of Bonn


  • 2012 Participated in a Summer School for the Uzbek language in Samarkand, financed by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and organized by the Humboldt University of Berlin, Central Asian Seminar and the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages
