Functional Account

A functional account is an official account that is linked to a function (e.g. data protection officer) or a service. To share an email account, please use a shared mailbox and not a functional account.
These requests should only be made by full-time employees. They will be handed over in person on presentation of your ID card. Please wait for our collection notification.
We recommend documenting the use of these accounts. As soon as participants leave the university service, the password must be changed.
