The Forest Phytopathobiomes Lab welcomes talented and motivated students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) as well as experienced researchers (postdoctoral researchers or visiting scientists) to join our newly established department. We aim to build a collaborative and inclusive research environment that values interdisciplinary approaches. Our research integrates forest pathology, microbial ecology, chemical ecology, plant biochemistry, molecular biology, and bioinformatics to understand how trees interact with their associated pathobiomes. We strongly support open science, curiosity-driven research, and teamwork.

Open Positions:
Currently, there are no funded positions available. However, highly motivated candidates are welcome to contact us if they are interested in joining the lab, conducting a thesis project, or applying for external funding.

Students interested in Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD thesis projects, as well as researchers applying for external fellowships or independent postdoctoral funding, are encouraged to get in touch to discuss potential research ideas and hosting possibilities.
