Description of the course of studies

Magister Theologiae students will be dealing with the five disciplines of theology for a big part of their studies: These are the Old and New Testament, Church History, Dogmatics and Moral Theology, Practical Theology and Religious Education (Pedagogy). The students will acquire broad knowledge in these disciplines and learn how to work scientifically. Apart from that, they will also get to know Ecumenical Theology, Jewish studies, Religious Studies and philosophy and learn how to connect all of the different disciplines with each other (interdisciplinarily) as well as with non-religious contexts (transdisciplinarily).
