Letter of invitation

A letter of invitation will be provided to assist delegates in obtaining a visa or permission to attend the Conference. Delegates requiring a letter of invitation to attend the Conference should complete the form a below. An invitation letter will then be emailed or - if required - sent by mail to the delegate.
