In the winter semester of 2023/24, Prof. Dr. Bueren offers three lectures: the "Basic Course in Civil Law III", "Basic Principles of Corporate Law" and "Antitrust Law".

As adjunct professor, Dr. Behrens, LL. M. (Cape Town) gives a lecture on banking law and insurance supervisory law.

The new edition of the Munich Commentary on Competition Law contains explanations of the entire German and European antitrust law, including abuse and merger control as well as the relevant procedural law.
