Application Procedure

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR MENTEES WILL BE JANUARY 15, 2012

Mentees
The application procedure includes two steps:
Potential mentees should first fill in the application form for mentees (can be downloaded from this page) to be downloaded later. The applicants should then enter the Online portal where more information on the necessary application documents are given. The deadline for this second round will be January 15, 2012. Once the coordinator has reviewed your written application you will be invited to a personal interview with the coordinator and one member of the scientific advisory board (SAB). The final decision about the participation will be made until 29 February 2012.

Mentors
Mentors interested in participating should please fill in the application form for mentors and send it back to the coordinator of the programme. The form can be turned in either via email or mail.

Matching
The matching of each individual mentor/mentee tandem or the mentoring-group will be performed by the coordinator based on the personal contact with the mentee and the mentor as well as on the information provided by the application forms. Needless to say, the final decision on the tandem/mentoring-group will be made by the individuals involved.
