The objective of the “Göttingen International Research Forum on Law and ICT/IP” is to provide a platform where young researchers can present papers and senior researchers and practitioners give valuable feedback in their comments as a basis for intensive discussion. The topics include recent issues in the field of ICT/IP law as well as methodological problems the legal science faces when trying to deal with these issues.The Forum is out to establish a small contribution to the development of a European legal science.
