Key competence module: "Methods course: Structural Biochemistry" (6 C, 10 WLH) [M.Bio.166]

Learning outcome, core skills: Methods in Structural Biochemistry, structure and function of biological macromolecules. Structure and folding of proteins, structure-function relationships, protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid complexes.
Handling of state of the art equipment, critical dealing with current biochemical topics, detailed analysis of experiments and their presentation.


Examination requirements: knowledge of the methods covered in the course
