Research Interests

My broad PhD topic is Micrometeorology.
I am interested in quantifying and understanding the exchange of atmospheric constituents that are difficult to measure with the state-of-the-art eddy covariance method due to the unavailability of fast-response gas analyzers or the small magnitude of the flux such as methane fluxes over forests.
I investigate the implementation and flux corrections of the true eddy accumulation and the eddy covariance methods with the ultimate goal of developing the true eddy accumulation method as a reliable high-precision tool to understand ecosystem processes.
