Language requirements Digital Humanities (B.A.) (two subjects)
Applicants whose mother tongue is not English must have proficiency in the English language. Applicants prove proficiency in the English language by earning the minimum required grades on an internationally recognized test:
a) UNIcert®: at least level II;
b) NULTE-Zertifikate: at least B2;
c) Cambridge English Scale: at least 160 Points;
d) „International English Language Testing System" (IELTS Academic): at least Band 5.5;
e) „Test of English as a Foreign Language, internet-based test” (TOEFL iBT): at least 81 Points;
f) Global Scale of English (Pearson Academic): at least 59 Points.
The test (a-f) may not be taken later than two years prior to submission of the application for admission to the programme.
Applicants shall be excluded from the obligation to provide evidence if they spent at least one year’ studying or working in a country where English is the official language or if their university entrance qualification (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung) provides proof of language proficiency of at least level B2 according to CEF (Common European Framework) .
