Plant-based product alternatives for events and catering
The Agency for Renewable Resources (Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe e. V., FNR) has published two thematic booklets in its series "Nachwachsende Rohstoffe im Einkauf": "Themenheft V: Veranstaltungen & Catering" und "Themenheft VI: Tagung & Messebetrieb". Both booklets offer an introduction to legally compliant sustainable procurement with plant-based products.
