The motive-based personality test ID37
Gain insight through the ID37:
- Strengthening self-knowledge and self-control competence
- Gain a better understanding of motivation, emotion and behavior
- Differentiate reflective self-perception and perception of others
- Expanding empathic competence and shaping relationships
- Recognize, avoid and resolve conflict situations
The following test variants are available for selection:
- ID37/16: complete test
- ID37/15: Test without the sensuality motif (business variant)
- ID37/14: Test without the motives sensuality and family
The business variation is commonly used in the context of career guidance. However, you choose which test to perform because the results of the analysis can be applied to other aspects of life.
There is currently no cost for the ID37 questionnaire as we have received funding for the science-based personality tests to support your personal career planning.
