I am interested in agrobiodiversity conservation, especially for arthropods and pollinators.
Before coming to Goettingen, I got my Master's and Bachelor's degrees from China Agricultural University. And in my master's thesis, I mainly focused on the influence of temporal changes of agricultural landscape composition and configuration on the aboundance and species richness of carabids in Chongli region of China.
My PhD is intergreted with the 'KOOPERATIV' project. The aim is to explore how landscape diversity and the amount of flower strips will affect the diversity of carabids and pest control service in wheat field. In addition, I will also investigate the aboundance and species richness of pollinators and analyze the effects of landscape diversity and flower cover on pollination and pest predation services in oilseed rape fields.
