7 in 1 Master: The Göttingen "Flexi Focus"

Would you like to design your Master's programme according to your own interests and thus form a clear profile, but not yet commit yourself at the beginning of your studies? Or are you planning a generalist education? In both cases, our Master's in Management with the "Flexi-Focus" approach is just right for you!

Our Master's in Management with its numerous specialisations allows you to do three things:

  • You can choose between seven different specialisations. The chosen specialisation is indicated on your final degree certificate/diploma to attract future employers.

  • You choose the degree of specialisation during your studies yourself: For example, if you would like to focus primarily on marketing issues, you can choose both the specialisation "Marketing and E-Business" and additional marketing modules from the elective area. You will also take a seminar in the field of marketing and write your Master's thesis on a marketing topic.

Or you prefer a generalist education. Then the "General Management" specialisation in combination with various elective modules is just right for you.

  • It is not necessary to decide on a specialisation at the beginning of the Master's programme. Rather, your choice of modules during your studies with us will determine your specialisation.

You can choose from the following specialisations, which can be prominently displayed on your final degree certificate/diploma upon successful completion:

  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship Management:
Gain the skills to start a business or manage innovation in established companies and organisations.

  • International Management: Learn to manage business operations in an organisation serving international markets.

  • Leadership & Human Ressource Management: Learn how to balance the needs of employees and the goals of the company.

  • Marketing & E-Business Management: Learn to open up markets and develop problem solutions for consumers through intelligent technologies and innovative distribution channels.
