Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Göttingen. Since January
2025, Mona has been working as a student assistant at the Chair of Human Resource Management
and Asian Business, where she supports research projects through literature reviews and data
preparation, creates content for teaching and internal communication, and manages the chair’s
social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
