Student Survey

Your Opinion Matters: the Student Survey to improve your University Experience

We would like to know how you are getting on with your studies at our university. What is going really well, and where do you see room for improvement? Onlyyou can tell us what we need to work on to improve the study experience at our university.

Fancy a little contest?

In the survey, students from all faculties can compete against each other and show which faculty has the most committed students. Who will manage to provide the highest percentage of responses to the survey?

The interim results will be published regularly here. And the prize? The faculty with the most responses will be awarded a golden duck – at least until the next student survey!

Interim results on 18 December: Theology takes the lead

In the first interim results on 10 December, the STEM faculties were clearly in the lead. A lot has happened since then! Theology has overtaken everyone from fourth place and now leads with 10.08 per cent, while physics has been pushed into second place with 9.72 per cent. Chemistry continues to defend its third place with 9.19 per cent.

Mathematics/computer science has been knocked off the podium, but is still in a very comfortable fourth place with 8.95 per cent. There has also been a lot of movement in the middle of the field: Biology and Psychology (6.37%) lead ahead of University Medicine (6.22%) and Geosciences and Geography (6.16%), closely followed by Forestry and Forest Ecology (5.85%). The Faculty of Social Sciences (4.77%) and the Faculty of Philosophy (4.70%) are now in a neck-and-neck race to clear the 5% hurdle, but the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (4.50%) and Law (4.44%) have also made significant gains and are close behind. The Faculty of Economics continues to bring up the rear, but with 3.20% it has almost doubled since the last count. So a lot can still happen between now and 11 January!
