In the face of climate change, forestry and agricultural land use in Germany faces significant challenges in ensuring the long-term stability of production systems and ecosystem services. To develop effective adaptation strategies, it is necessary to understand what makes land-use systems and entire landscapes resilient to the impacts of climate change. The Competence Centre brings together a Junior Research Group and an Innovation pool with the aim of specifically promoting interdisciplinary research.
The competence center integrates research, funding, and knowledge transfer related to landscape resilience.
