New journal publication on product-related CSR communication patterns in social media
Judith Derenthal and Prof. Waldemar Toporowski have jointly published a new article in the journal Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management:
„Product-Related CSR in the Digital Era: Communication Patterns That Drive Consumer Interactions on Social Media“
The article examines which communication patterns firms employ in their product-related CSR communication on Instagram and how these patterns influence consumer behavior on social media. The empirical analysis is based on companies from the outdoor industry.
