We are happy to announce that two papers from our chair have been accepted to this year’s European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) in Milan.
2 Papers accepted at ECIS 2026
The first paper was developed in collaboration with the Chair of Interorganizational Information Systems and examines the use of Remote Patient Monitoring in the context of chronic diseases. Drawing on qualitative research methods, this study investigates how continuous health data sharing reshapes relationships between patients and informal caregivers. While real-time monitoring enables new forms of compassion, it may also lead to boundary crossing.

The second paper uses an online experiment to investigate psychological safety on digital employer review platforms. This study focuses on whether a GenAI paraphrasing tool that modifies users’ writing style can influence perceptions of anonymity and privacy risks.

We are looking forward to presenting both papers this June in Milan!
