Sharing knowledge – learning together
Wildfire research only makes a difference when it reaches the people who can use it: fire services, forestry organizations, water authorities, and the public. That is why the GoslarFFRLab is designed as an open living lab. Our findings inform the initial and continuing training of fire service and forestry professionals. We also share them in specialist journals and at conferences, and discuss them with decision-makers in workshops.We invite you to get in touch. Whether you work in a fire service, forestry, a water utility, or a school—or are simply curious about the research—you can meet us at our on-site events or contact us directly. As a community living lab, the GoslarFFRLab will remain open beyond the end of the project to collaborations, follow-up projects, and exchanges with anyone interested in the impacts of wildfires and sustainable management.
