Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology

Before studying abroad, discuss with the Erasmus consultant or student advisor which modules or courses are suitable for recognition.

Electives:

  • In a BSc study course, it is usually not complicated and almost all courses are recognized
  • In the MSc study course, the respective faculty member of the Faculty of Forest Sciences has to certify that the chosen courses are a meaningful addition to the study program (see application for recognition of extracurricular activities), only courses at the master level are credited.

Mandatory BSc and MSc:

Recognition is made by the faculty representative through an equivalence certificate. For the examination, a complete module description with course content and ECTS scope is necessary. As a rule, you complete a Learning Agreement.

Return

After returning from the semester abroad, you will receive your documents (transcript of records) and the completed applications for the recognition of an elective course (MSc) or equivalence certificate for course guidance. The data is then entered by the examination office in FlexNow after examination.
