    • Registration process: Registration via FlexNow is mandatory. Registration Period: 17.04.2019 – 01.05.2019 via Flexnow.
    • First-come, first-served / You can only register for the first exam on FlexNow. Later you can change until 1 month (!) before the first exam between the two dates

    • Become familiar with the basic elements of IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • Understand the connection between ITIL and ITSM
    • Understand, classify and evaluate processes according to the ITIL V3 model
