Corporate Planning (Master)

Exam in the Summer Semester 2024:
The corporate planning exam will take place on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Learning Objectives:
Application of operations research methods to questions of strategic, tactical and operational production management in industrial companies, also under ecological aspects.

Overview of the module contents and lecture notes:

R&D management, creativity management, innovation management
Portfolio management & product life cycle, simulation & sales forecast
Location planning, MCDM methods for decision support
Transport planning, transport decision-making methods
Yield Management
