Division of Quality and Sensory of Plant Products
The Division of Quality and Sensory of Plant Products is engaged in research on the formation and maintenance of quality preservation. By embedding the Division into the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences it is possible to focus on the entire value chain from breeding and agricultural primary production, product development and industrial food production to marketing and consumption. A special focus is on the sensory properties of plant products. In teaching, a strong focus is placed on the integration of research. We offer research-oriented and experimental Bachelor- and Master theses.
