Objects in cross-examination

Contact persons: Prof. Dr. Martin Langner, Prof. Dr. Caroline Sporleder

Since October 2016, a remote learning application has been developed that first of all strives to impart forms of reflection and argumentation and secondly to actively check the validity of argumentation. As in a trial, the objects are cross-examined in a specific research controversy. Beginners start by comprehending the structure of the argument and assessing it, while advanced students develop e-learning units independently. They medially prepare a controversial question to reveal, edit and complete the structures of the specific line of argumentation and thus actively apply the methodologies of hermeneutics in ancient studies.
