Our lab members are involved in teaching various lectures, seminars, practical classes, and field courses ranging from plant identification and forest ecology over biogeography and macroecology to soft skills like scientific writing and statistical programming. Plant Diversity
(BSc, lecture and practicals, English, summer term)
In this course, students will develop practical skills in plant morphology and systematics, gain proficiency in identifying plant species in the field, and explore the patterns and processes that shape plant biodiversity.

Botanical/Biogeographical excursion – Triglav NP
(MSc, English, summer term)
This ten-day-long field excursion to the Triglav National Park in Slovenia will teach students advanced principles of plant adaptations, climate and vegetation zones, elevational gradients, and conservation.
