Accommodation

Since there is a fair parallel to the conference, we pre-arranged hotel rooms near to the conference venue, which can be booked during registration process by the participants. For the speakers (invited and contributed talks) we arranged a fixed extra contingent. These rooms can be booked upon registration as speaker. Costs and details will be provided in due course. For all others, we pre-arranged single and double rooms at Holiday Inn and Hotel Best Western.

The Holiday Inn is recommended as it is close to the venue (15 min walking distance, 1.5 km/1 mi) and the city centre (0.3 km/0.2 mi). Hotel rooms are prearranged until 10th of April at the Holiday Inn.
Costs: Single/double room 581 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18.9. per room (not per person)

The Hotel Best Western is within 35 min walking distance or 10 min by bus to the conference venue (3 km/2 mi, bus operates every 20-30 min during daytime). Only 20 hotel rooms are available and are prearranged until 12.6.
Costs: Single/double room 535 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18.9. per room (not per person)

The hotels can be booked and paid during registration process. The rooms cost the same regardless of whether they are used as single or double rooms. When registering, please indicate whether you will be using the room as a single or double room and, in the latter case, name both persons. Of course, only one person needs to reserve and pay for the hotel room. If you require two invoices with different billing addresses for half of the hotel costs, please send an email to pcet5@uni-goettingen.de after registering.

Please make sure that you book your room prior to the deadlines via the registration process. Acceptance of posters will be given prior to the deadline of the early bird registration for students. Later registrations and abstract submissions are possible.
