Registration fees
PhD/BSc/MSc students early bird until April 06, 2026: 195 €
PhD/BSc/MSc students regular: 215 €
All others: 235 €

Registration closes at June 15, 2016.

The registration fee includes the digital Book of Abstracts, lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, coffee breaks, drinks during the conference, and the welcome reception. The conference dinner on Thursday in the Restaurant Eden and the excursions are optional and on further costs. They can be booked during registration process.

The conference dinner costs 45 € and includes food but no drinks.

Registration, Dinner and Hotel fees cannot be reimbursed, when participants do not show up or cancel their trip.
