Vorstandsvergütung als Herausforderung für Investoren 2020 (Studie)
Zusammen mit der hkp/// group und dem DIRK – Deutscher Investor Relations Verband hat das Team der Professur die Abstimmung die Abstimmungsrichtlinien zur Vorstandsvergütung (Proxy Voting Guidelines) der in DAX30-Unternehmen engagierten bedeutendsten Investoren analysiert. Angesichts der Umsetzung der zweiten Europäischen Aktionärsrechterichtlinie (ARUG II) bekommen diese Richtlinien besonderes Gewicht.
Die Digitalisierung des Finanzbereichs in der Automobilbranche.
In einer empirischen Studie mit über 100 befragten Unternehmen aus der Automobilbranche werden der Stand der Digitalisierung, aktuelle Veränderungen in diesem Bereich sowie Ziele und Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung des Finanzbereichs näher beleuchtet und erste Implikationen und Handlungsempfehlungen erarbeitet.
Forschungsprojekt: Clawback-Klauseln als strategisches Handicap?
Diese Studie untersucht anhand von fast 1.000 börsengelisteten US-amerikanischen Unternehmen mögliche ungewünschte Auswirkungen einer Clawback Einführung auf die strategische Ausrichtung von Unternehmen.
