We offer regular language workshops, art and theatre workshops, film nights, cooking and culture themed events for various countries and courses both at our main location as well as in our 'intercultural garden' in south Göttingen.
The Welcome Centre offers various events in English for international scientists and their families.
InDiGU (Integration and Diversity at Göttingen University) is an extra-curricular programme that seeks to support the integration of foreign students at the University of Göttingen as well as to promote and make visible the diversity of the international student body.
Every semester, Göttingen International organises trips within Germany to visit cities and sights of political, cultural and historical interest, in order to give non-German students the opportunity to learn about German history and culture.
