Colloquium


Every semester, students present projects that they worked on during their studies.
This semester's colloquium will take place on the 20th of February 2026 from 12:00 pm at the Institute for Digital Humanities.
The following projects will be presented:

  • Mina Golestani: Towards a Resource of Persian Lexical Collocations
  • Mathis Laute: Exploring unsupervised methods of measuring Polarization in YouTube shorts comment sections
  • Firmin Forster: Kolonialen Sammlungen auf der Spur. Eine Normdaten- und GIS-basierte Exploration der Sammlungsgeschichte des Ethnologischen Museums Berlin
  • Inga Taruttis: Transparenz bei sketchfab: Bereitstellung der Paradaten von Uploads des British Museums und des Archäologischen Museums Innsbruck
  • Yiyang Huang: Ligatures in Gothic Manuscripts: A Small Annotated Dataset and a Functional Classification
  • Aleyna Yıldız: Integration of NLP, XML and IIIF Image Viewers in the study of Middle English Manuscripts
