Ianna Dantas, M. Sc.

Ianna Dantas is a research associate at the Ibero-America Institute for Economic Research involved in the EU project ENOUGH. In 2017 she integrated the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, where she developed research projects in the areas of natural resources and agricultural economics, while applying computable general equilibrium models and econometrics. Main research topics were natural resources management, water policy and economics, tropical deforestation, sustainable development goals, sustainable agriculture, land use change, and development economics. In parallel, since October 2018 she is a doctoral candidate at the Agricultural Economics chair at Kiel Christian-Albrechts-University. Ianna Dantas has a master degree in Agricultural Economics from Hohenheim University and a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering from University of São Paulo (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture).
