TaskCards

Digital boards play a significant role in teaching. They enable students to collaborate digitally regardless of their current location. Innovative features improve the presentation of ideas and information, thereby supporting learning and working processes.

TaskCards is a whiteboard tool that allows users to individually design content such as texts, images, links, and various file attachments on a digital bulletin board. Through comment and rating functions, collaboration and feedback exchange can take place.

TaskCards is currently provided until September 2027. You can apply for a license via this link and use TaskCards with your university license.

What is TaskCards and how can I use it?

With TaskCards, instructors and students can collaboratively create and share content on bulletin boards. In addition to the traditional Kanban board layout, users can also choose between a board view, a timeline, a world map, or a blog format.

The different display options are suitable for various didactic scenarios where organization, short-term collection, or long-term collaboration can be the focus. A bulletin board can be shared, and students can be enabled to collaborate to varying degrees without registration through comprehensive permission management. Collaboration is supported by comment and rating functions and can thus also be designed asynchronously.

Possible Use Cases

Organization in a Kanban Board
Students can use TaskCards to organize group projects or individual tasks. Kanban boards allow for the assignment of task status, enabling more effective teamwork.

Brainstorming and linking through digital boards
In collaborative courses, creative thinking is always important. TaskCards allows students to gather ideas and concepts and visually represent their thoughts using text, images, and diagrams. Brainstorming can be easily guided by instructors.
